I attribute my success to my parents, Dave and Margret Field.

My dad taught me at a very young age, the value of being able to speak in front of large groups. He also instilled the importance of getting along with everybody, regardless of who they are.

My mom helped me realize that no matter what, keep going and be strong, even when things go wrong and not as planned. With four kids in the house, being organized was key to her success and so it is to mine.

From the both of them, I realized that an unwavering commitment to hard work will fare me well. Oh, and keep a healthy sense of humour handy too. 

Why are you successful? I hope you recognize and appreciate those who have helped you be the best you can be.
